We require advanced payment for all private or group sessions.
Bookings are confirmed only upon reception of payment.
Should there be any changes to our fees, you will be notified before your next cycle.
Discounts apply only to full upfront payments. All payments are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change. To keep our scheduling fair for both students and teachers, we apply the following guidelines :
You may cancel one lesson for every 6 hours of tuition purchased in advance. These "cancellation credits" do not roll over when you make a new payment. Your allowance resets based on the new hours purchased.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged.
If you and your tutor can find an alternative slot within the same week, the lesson shall be considered "postponed" rather than cancelled (subject to tutor availability).
Any dates you know you'll be absent for (e.g., planned vacations) will not be charged nor counted as cancellations if you inform us at the time of payment.
All tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please use your lesson hours within 6 months of purchase, or they will expire and be unusable.
If you miss a lesson, you may attend a similar class at a different time, provided one is available. Please note that we cannot guarantee a matching alternative and are not obligated to provide a replacement.
If a suitable group class isn't available, you may request a private 1-to-1 make-up lesson. These sessions are subject to tutor availability and are charged at S$50 per hour - do contact us to coordinate.
You may request a permanent transfer to a different class during the current term. If you move to a class with a higher fee, you will have to cover the price difference, pro-rated to lessons left in that term. If you move to a class with a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded.
If a minimum student count is not met, a class may be cancelled. If so, students may either move to a different time slot of the same level, postpone their enrollment to a next batch, or request a full refund.

While we provide high-quality instruction, we cannot guarantee specific exam scores. Success depends on the individual student’s effort and study time.
We reserve the right to use photos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes (e.g., our website or social media).
We expect students to treat teachers and staff with respect at all times.
Audio or video recording of classes is not permitted without our prior approval.
We reserve the right to expel a student out of a call or terminate lessons without a refund in the event of disrespectful behavior by a student or parent.
Students are responsible for reviewing these policies and should contact us if they require clarification.
All fees paid are non-refundable.
If your tutor is unavailable or leaves, Pamplemousse French will assign a replacement.
If we cannot provide a replacement tutor within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund the remaining balance of your fees upon request.
Deferring your group course once it has begun incurs a S$30 administrative fee.
Attention: Deferring carries a risk. Pamplemousse French cannot guarantee that your specific level will be available at the same time or day in future sessions. No refunds are issued if a suitable future class is unavailable.
Your personal information will be used by Pamplemousse French or its affiliates only, and only for the purposes it was collected.
All data is handled in accordance with PDPA laws and our internal privacy policy.
We will never sell or disclose your personal details to third parties for commercial reasons.
You may request to view, correct, or delete your data once you finish your studies, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
